About our Journey

Our journey began in 2020, when civil engineer and project manager Rajesh Chand set out to create a more sustainable and mindful approach to property development. With over five years of experience working in both Nepal and the UK, Rajesh envisioned a company dedicated to energy efficiency, sustainability, and carbon reduction.

As a committed meditation and spiritual practitioner, Rajesh brings a thoughtful, disciplined perspective to his work—an ethos that is shared across the entire team. Every member is skilled, purpose-driven, and aligned with a conscious effort to build in harmony with nature.
